Click on the tile for “New UIS”.

Locate the card that says “College Advantage Students”
Click on the link that says “Pay Bill.”

It will redirect you to TouchNet, where you will need to agree to the “Consents and Agreements.” You may review and print out if you would like to.

At the bottom, you will need to click “I Agree and Accept.”

On the right side of the screen, locate the “My Profile Setup” section.
Click on the Authorized Users link.

Under the “Add Authorized User” tab, enter the personal email address of the person that you would like to authorize to be able to view your term bill and submit a payment on your behalf.
.Click “Continue.”

An email will be sent to the address entered. Once they accept the invitation, the designated Authorized User will be provided a link and a separate login to the Account Suite.

After this, every time a new term eBill is uploaded, the student and the Authorized User will receive email notifications.
.The account will lock if the Authorized User enters the password incorrectly too many times.

Please wait at least 20 minutes, and the account will automatically unlock.

If the Authorized user does not remember the password to the account that was created for them, they can click on the “Forgot Password” link listed under the login screen in order to reset it.
