    • PII Training – this is for those that handle Personal Identifiable Information regularly. Check with your supervisor to see if you should take this course.

.

  • I completed the course why am I getting emails saying I have not completed the training?

    • You are required to take more than one course; the email will specifically state which course you have not completed. Look for that course in your assigned training.
      .

  • I do not see my completed training under the Achievements tab. Where do I obtain my certificates?

    • Partially completed training will not count, you need to obtain a passing grade or 100% completion. At the completion of each exam, you are encouraged to save a copy of your certificates for your documentation.
      .

  • Why didn’t I receive recertification testing?

    • You must complete either recertification or core Cyber Security training in the last cycle to be eligible for recertification training. If you had not completed last year's training by the due date, you would not be eligible for the recertification training.

.

  • How is the recertification training different?

    • The content for both is the same. It covers the same 10 modules. The difference is that it asks the questions first, and depending on your responses, your training is limited to modules where you answered incorrectly on those subjects.

.

  • Can I just take the recertification training?

    • No, you must complete all required training. Complete the standard training and you will be added to next year’s recertification.

.

  • I didn’t get the PII training, am I supposed to take it?
