1. Open Webex Control Hub

  1. On the left hand side of Control Hub, select > Users:

  1. Type the user’s email address within the field:

  1. Select > the account:

  1. Next, scroll down and select > edit license:

  1. A new window will open. Select > Edit Licenses in the lower right corner of the window:

  1. For Messaging, select > Basic Messaging:

  1. Next, click > Meeting:

  1. Scroll down, within “sju.webex.com” click on Host Account (by default, both Basic Meetings and Webex Meetings Suite become selected. You will deslect Basic Meetings so it appears bellow):

  1. On the lower right hand corner, click > Save:

This will not necessarily enable Webex Webinars on the user’s account, so a second change will have to be made after assigning Webex Meetings Suite license:

  1. While looking at the user’s account in Webex Admin, go to the Meetings tab.

  2. Change the drop-down “Settings apply to” to sju.webex.com (Host).

  3. Under Session Types, ensure that Webex Events (Classic) is toggled on, then click Save in the lower right hand corner.
