1. Log in to Connect
There are several ways to log in to the Connect app.
This can be done by downloading the St. John’s U Connect mobile App or visiting https://connect.stjohns.edu - (See: How do I log in to Connect?)
or by logging in to the Sign-On Portal and clicking “Connect.”

2. In Connect, locate the Widget labeled “New UIS Experience.”
(**If you do not see this widget on your dashboard, please click on the button at the top that says “Find New Widgets.” )

Students should have the “Academic Requests” card on their dashboard.
(If you do not see it, you can add it through discovery by clicking on the blue “Discover More” button at the bottom of the page. )
Locate the Academic Requests card and click > Internal Transfer.
If the screen pops up below, please click > LOG IN WITH SAML button.
Select the following information to complete the form. Please note the restrictions for this form. This form is only used for transferring from one college to another.
Available Terms for Internal Transfer
Select a Campus
Select a College
Select a Major
Click > SUBMIT REQUEST button.
Your request will be sent to the Dean’s Office for approval. Please check your emails for follow-ups from the Dean. You will get an email once the Internal Transfer request has been processed.
