1. Log in to Connect
There are several ways to log in to the Connect app.
This can be done by downloading the St. John’s U Connect mobile App or visiting https://connect.stjohns.edu - (See: How do I log in to Connect?)
or by logging in to the Sign-On Portal and clicking “Connect.”

2. In Connect, locate the Widget labeled “New UIS Experience.”
(**If you do not see this widget on your dashboard, please click on the button at the top that says “Find New Widgets.” )

Students should have the “Academic Requests” card on their dashboard.
(If you do not see it, you can add it through discovery by clicking on the blue “Discover More” button at the bottom of the page.) 
Locate the Academic Requests card and click on Outside Institution Course Request.
If the screen pops up below, please click LOG IN WITH SAML button.
Enter the following information into the request form:
Select a Term
Institution Name
Course Subject
CRN
Course Title
Number of Credits
Course Description
Course Description URL
St. John’s Equivalent Course
Click the Submit Request button. You will receive an email notification. The Dean’s office will review your Outside Institution Course Request.
