Logging in to Ellucian

Visit the Ellucian Customer Center at:
https://login.ellucian.com

Need an account?

1. If you do not have an account, please select “Sign up for an account.”

2. Enter your SJU-issued email address:

3. You will be directed to a registration page.

Under Organization, select “St. John’s University.” Then, complete all necessary information and click “Submit Registration.”

4. Click to Agree to the terms and conditions:

5. You will receive a confirmation email once the account has been created. You must click on the activation link within the email for it to be active. The email will also indicate what your email address with Ellucian will be.

6. The link will take you to a page to create your password and security questions.

**PLEASE NOTE: After creating your account, it will take 24 - 48 hours before access to the training modules will be available.

On-Demand Training

2. Then, choose Knowledge > Training.  This will automatically sign you into the Training site.
   
   
   
   
   

   
   

3. You will then be on the HESS homepage for Ellucian’s On-Demand Training. 
   
   Choose Training by Product on the right side. 
   
   
   
   
   
   

   
   

4. Any training that shows INCLUDED is part of our subscription. Select a training module:
