Sometimes when you change your network password or receive OS security updates, it may be necessary to renew your saved network connection. The easiest way to do this is to remove and add it back.
If you have connected to the SJUMobile or SJUGuest network before, but are currently having problems connecting, please try to remove and re-add your connection.
Here are some steps to follow:
Windows Wireless Settings
-
Search for wifi in your settings, and click on the Wi-Fi Settings under System Settings.
-
When that opens, click to Manage Known Networks.
-
When you see SJUMobile, click on it, and then click the “Forget” button.
(At this time, please review your saved wireless networks and remove any networks you no longer use regularly. If you have a very long list of networks, this could create some conflicts.) Repeat the steps to connect back to SJUMobile or SJUGuest. Steps can be found here:

Mac-OS
-
Choose Apple menu at the top of your screen: > System Preferences, then click Network.
-
Select Wi-Fi in the list on the left, and then the advanced button at the bottom.
The Wi-Fi pane shows a Preferred Networks list. Select the Wi-Fi network that you want your Mac to forget. Then, click the minus button underneath. Remove SJUMobile. Then, click OK. Then, click to Apply changes.
