No Available Printers Workaround

If you are a returning user to 3DPrinterOS, you may find that you don’t have the option to send your files to any printers resulting in an error like the one below:



There is a quick and easy workaround to get printer access and begin printing right away!

  1. In 3DPrinterOS, click the PRINTERS tab at the top of the web page
  2. On the PRINTERS tab (purple arrow below), click the KEBAB MENU BUTTON (blue arrow below) on the top right next to ADD PRINTER button
  3. Select the ADD WORKGROUP PRINTERS (red arrow below) option from the list
  4. A new popup window will appear asking for an Access Code. Enter TCPrinting into the box and select the CONNECT TO WORKGROUP button (blue arrow below).
  5. You should now see the MAKERBOT REPLICATOR + QUEUE and MK3 PRUSA QUEUE added to your list in the printers tab and can now send sliced files to those queues.
