Open your Web Browser (Safari, Firefox, or Chrome)
in the Address box, type https://remote.stjohns.edu
Enter your SJU email address and your password, in the username and
password boxes. Click Login.
You will be re-directed to the the AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Download site.
Click the Blue Download (Download for MacOS) button to save installation package.
Locate and open the downloaded file and locate the installation file.
The file will mount a disk image. Open this disk image and launch the
file named "anyconnect-macos-4.8.01090-core-vpn-webdeployk9.dmg".
Double click the file, named “Anyconnect-macos-4.8.01090-corevpn-webdeploy-k9.pkg”
Click Continue on this “Welcome to the AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Installer” screen.
Click Continue on the software license agreement screen and click Agree on the slide down dialog.
Click Install to begin installation.
Click Install Software.Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client requires administrative
privileges, enter your device’s password to install.
You have successfully installed the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client and it is now
ready for use.
To open the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client, browse to your Application folder
and double click.
Enter “remote.stjohns.edu", in the white space. Click Connect to establish a secure VPN connection.
Enter your SJU username & password credentials and OK
