What is call forwarding:


The Call Forwarding feature temporarily forwards all your calls to another extension or to an outside number, depending on your system. To temporarily redirect all calls to an extension or outside number of your choice.

Avaya 64XX Phones (Grey phone) 


Enable Call Forwarding All Calls: 

  1. With a display: Press the Menu button and then press the softkey below CFrwd (while on-hook or off-hook). 

  2. Dial the extension or number where calls will be sent. (Dial 9 before a cell or the home number for off campus forwarding.)   [confirmation tone] 

  3. Hang up 

To cancel Call Forwarding:  

  1. Press the Menu button and then press the softkey below CFrwd (while on-hook or off-hook).  


Avaya 96XX Phone (Black phone) 

Enable call forwarding All Calls: 

  1. Press the Right navigation button to access the Features menu. 

  2. Select Call Forward from the list. 

  3. Enter the number to which you want to forward your calls. (Dial 9 before a cell or the home number for off campus forwarding.) {confirmation tone} 

To cancel call forwarding: 

  1. Press the Right navigation button to access the Features menu. 

  2. Select Call Forward. 

  3. Press Select or OK.



Otherwise you can open a New Service Request .
