It has come to our attention that some individuals within the University may be experiencing some performance issues with Microsoft Outlook freezing or frequently crashing. This occurrence is related to a known issue that Microsoft is currently investigating.
Workaround:
While they work on resolving the issue, you may also use the web version of Microsoft Outlook by logging in to https://signon.stjohns.edu, and clicking on "Office 365 Mail."
